A hazelnut raspberry cake with white chocolate ganache and white chocolate panels.

You can make the panels quite easily. Use white cooking (compound) chocolate or melts, which set hard so the panels hold their shape.
1 Melt the chocolate (do this gently, so the chocolate doesn’t split).
2 Spread melted chocolate evenly onto a long piece of baking paper with a small spatula (the height of the baking paper should be the height you want the panels to be).
3 Lift the chocolate covered paper off the bench, replace on a clean surface (this gives a straight edge top and bottom), and while still soft, using a sharp knife deeply mark 3-4cm intervals or however wide you want the panels to be.
4 Allow chocolate to set, then snap into panels and arrange, overlapping, on your cooled, frosted cake and tie a large ribbon around to secure panels.
I have read several just right stuff here. Definitely price bookmarking for revisiting. I surprise how so much attempt you put to create one of these wonderful informative site.
