You can make the panels quite easily. Use white cooking (compound) chocolate or melts, which set hard so the panels hold their shape. 
1 Melt the chocolate (do this gently, so the chocolate doesn&#039;t split).
2 Spread melted chocolate evenly onto a long piece of baking paper with a small spatula (the height of the baking paper should be the height you want the panels to be).
3 Lift the chocolate covered paper off the bench, replace on a clean surface (this gives a straight edge top and bottom), and while still soft, using a sharp knife deeply mark 3-4cm intervals or however wide you want the panels to be. 
4 Allow chocolate to set, then snap into panels and arrange, overlapping, on your cooled, frosted cake and tie a large ribbon around to secure panels.</description>
